These charms are amazing! The protective plastic wrap came off of the charms easily, and the extra goodies were a neat treat along with everything else in the order.
Just wish the shipping and/or delivery process was a bit more clear, as going several months without any sort of communication, and then the package suddenly delivered to my door, was a bit surprising.

We totally understand that the long wait can be confusing, especially with international shipping. Since this was a pre-order, the production and preparation did take some time before we could ship it out. We had included an estimated timeline on the page, but it's very possible it might have been easy to miss.
There was also a tracking email sent out once the package shipped, though we know those sometimes get filtered or overlooked.
