Refund policy


We bear no responsibility for delivery failures caused by:

● Incorrect/changed addresses

● Refusal to accept parcels

● Unpaid import duties

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please make sure to consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

 

Errored Fulfillment

If we have shipped the wrong item, please contact support@uniseika.com within 7 days of receiving the package and provide photos or videos as proof. We will either reship the correct item or offer a refund for the incorrect item.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

● All items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

● Damaged items: please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and provide photos or videos as proof which is required to file a claim with the shipping courier.

● Lost packages: please provide the order number or tracking number for us to contact the shipping courier for confirmation. If the loss is confirmed, compensation will be provided by the shipping carrier according to their policy. We cannot guarantee that the full order amount will be refunded.

● Marked as "delivered" or "ready for pickup" but is lost because it was not picked up in time, in this case, we cannot offer any refund.

 

🔹 Please Note: Once an order is marked as "Accepted by courier", our responsibility is fulfilled, and the package is out of our control. We can only assist in filing claims but cannot provide direct compensation.
