What is UniSeika
Hi, I'm Sylvia!
UniSeika is a small studio I created with my talented friends. I met them while writing fandom novels, and I started helping them with overseas sales projects.
Our goal is to create a space where people who share a love for the same works or characters can connect and interact. We hope that through UniSeika, you'll find lots of joy and fun!
Ordering and Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please let us know within the sale period. For in-stock items, notify us as soon as possible after purchase. Once production or shipping begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.
What if I purchase both pre-order and in-stock items together?
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items are available. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped separately, please place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.

Which countries does UniSeika ship to?
Currently, we offer shipping to the following countries: Asia (Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia), the Americas (Canada, the United States), Australia, Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom).
How long does delivery take?
Pre-order items are shipped according to the production and shipping schedule, while in-stock items typically ship within one week of purchase. You will receive tracking details via the email address you provided at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of the package, and destination. You can view the shipping fees during checkout before confirming your order.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us before the item ships, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?
We take every precaution to ensure your order is securely packaged and delivered.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue; however, please note that resolution times may vary.
For international shipments, we can only assist in tracking the package. In case of special circumstances, please contact your local postal service for further assistance.

All products sold on our website are produced based on pre-orders and in collaboration with independent artists. These items are specially made in limited quantities and tailored to meet the demand of pre-orders, ensuring their exclusivity and minimizing waste.

Due to the nature of pre-order production, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Please carefully review the product details and your order information before completing your purchase.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide the following information to expedite the process:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
