EPIC!! So cute and made so well
The hollyleaf is absolutely adorable, very plush and firm, but on one of the paws there's an unsewn part of thread and it feels like it's missing fur there too.
The keychain is kinda just a picture in a plastic case shaped like it, which make be common and i just don't know, which is fine, but seems a little scratched and has air bubbles in the plastic.
Very nice though! I'm happy, more than i expected with such an impulse purchase, but the feeling is tainted by the flaw in the plush, i feel it's gonna unravel if i cut it or it get's tugged on which isn't a good feeling to have in something you JUST purchased.
I got the special version too, which was supposed to be a premium, which means it might be harder to fix or replace which again doesn't feel good. I still love her, but she wasn't treated the best, it's not the poor girls fault. ):
(Edit): So it turns out that it was just a loose thread that wasn't cut off and got stuck in the little paw holes, which make it seem like it was stuck at both ends and not a frayed end. Gave me quite the scare but the creator was really nice and gave great support and seems very receptive! Also, the keychain had a flim on (which i did read on the note) but i couldn't find the seam so i assumed it was wrong, you really gotta get in there which feels scary cause i could go through the scratch protection layer just to hit the actual thing because of how you gotta pick it off.
If in order to remove the projective layer you need to already know it exists to not damage it, then i think you have kinda failed. That is how you get people purposely destroying stuff to see if it has a protective layer or leaving bad reviews thinking it's already damaged. Don't do this unless it's a screen protector that's supposed to be semi perma, but those don't usually cover the whole screen so you can get under it and have clear tabs for peeling the sticky side backing off, just copy what they do!
Again, great product, really happy with it in the end, but the user experience was pretty stressful and confusing. Here's hoping they can iron things out for the future!
(Had a tough time working the synopsis at the top, it's not like it came to me thrown in with no real care, that i got a bad product, or that the box was thrashed. But- some corners were cut or at-least that's how it seemed, some things weren't double checked, thought through, and the like. But it's obvious it was made by someone who cared, just someone who isn't used to doing this much work or has an assembly line.)
Thank you so much for your purchase and support! The keychain has a protective film on the surface, so the scratches and air bubbles should disappear once it's peeled off.
As for the plush, the unsewn part looks like it may simply be a loose thread that wasn't trimmed completely during production. We'll be happy to take a closer look and do our best to help if there‘s any quality issues that can't be resolved.
Thank you again for your support—we truly appreciate it and hope Hollyleaf brings you lots of happiness!
