How this shop works?
Hi, I’m Sylvia — founder and manager of UniSeika Studio.
I work together with my friends and other amazing artists to help bring their creative projects overseas.
We take care of everything from design and production to packing and answering any questions you might have.
Every piece of merch is born from our passion and love for the art — we hope it brings a little sweetness and joy into your life!
When will I get my order?
For pre-order items, shipping will follow the schedule stated in the product description.
Please note that unexpected delays may occur during the production period.
In such cases, we will provide updates on X/Twitter(@UniSeika). Please stay tuned to our account as well as the artist’s account for the latest information.
For in-stock items, normally they will start shipping within 3-10 workdays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. All package has tracking number provided.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
As a small team, we DO NOT accept return or exchanges. Please think twice before purchasing.
Can I cancel/combine order/change address?
For pre-order item, cancellation is only accept before the PO period ends.
For in-stock item, please contact us for any changes you wanna make before the shipping.
Please be awared, refunds for canceled orders will be issued after deducting the transaction fees.

What if my package get lose/damaged?
We bear no responsibility for delivery failures caused by:
● Incorrect/changed addresses
● Refusal to accept parcels
● Unpaid import duties
For errored fulfillment/damaged packages, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and provide photos or videos as proof. We will either reship the correct/good condiction item or offer a refund for the incorrect/damaged item.
For lost packages, please provide the order number or tracking number for us to contact the shipping courier for confirmation. If the loss is confirmed, compensation will be provided by the shipping carrier according to their policy. We cannot guarantee that the full order amount will be refunded.
For package marked as "delivered" or "ready for pickup" but is lost because it was not picked up in time, in this case, we cannot offer any refund.
🔹 Please Note: Once an order is marked as "Accepted by courier", our responsibility is fulfilled, and the package is out of our control. We can only assist in filing claims but cannot provide direct compensation.
