配送ポリシー

Countries UniSeika ship to:

● Asia (Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia);

● the Americas (Canada, the United States（local）);

● Australia;

● Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom).

DHL/USPS/UNIUNI/(or other local delivery of your country)

 

Duties

● For most of circumstance, we provide DDU terms(Delivered Duty Paid).

● However,we cannot guarantee duty-free delivery due to dynamic customs policy changes and carrier-specific operational updates. We strongly recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.

 

Shipping Schedule

● In-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed.

● Pre-order items will be shipped once production is completed. Please note that production may take longer than expected to ensure each beautiful design meets high quality standards.

● Both pre-order and in-stock items in a single order, the package will be shipped once all items are ready.(If you prefer separate shipments, please contact us via email (support@uniseika.com) and extra shipping fee would be needed via PayPal invoice.)

● International shipping generally takes 2-4 weeks, but customs inspections, postal strikes, and holidays may cause delays.

● Tracking number will be provided.

 

Combining Orders

If you wish to combine multiple orders, please email us (support@uniseika.com) before shipping begins. After confirmation, we will combine the packages and refund any excess shipping fees.

 

Address Confirmation

As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

You should also monitor the tracking updates(through the tracking number we provide via email) to ensure a successful delivery.

 

Changing Address

If you need to change your shipping address before shipping begins, please email support@uniseika.com with the following details:

1.  Full name or Order number of the original order.

2.  Updated address for the package.

3.  You will receive a confirmation email—please review and reply accordingly.

4.  If the address change results in additional fees (such as changing the destination country), you will need to pay the PayPal invoice sent to you. The package will not be shipped until the payment is made.
